John Guy

John Guy portraits lifestyles in black and white images preferably for an artistic viewpoint. He, who has the ability to bring the talents together, construes to explore new angles. His mind is set to experiment and outperform limited scope and trial ideas. With him, it makes it comfortable and easy to release the imagination in any unusual circumstances of the creative world. This is the main reason why classic dancers choose him to portrait their portfolio. For more than 18 years, he has been photographing Liverpool, the Merseyside, and the North West cities, taking great pride in showing off his home city in a different light. His approach is simple:

"Wait, Watch and Capture scenes as they unfold."

This technique takes patience, but for him, it always pays off. Like the act of taking a photograph itself, he has waited for the right time to push his work forward into a commercial realm now that Liverpool is becoming the perfect showcase for art, music and culture once again. He enjoys using his photography to dispel the negative myths that have been associated with Liverpool in the past and takes great pleasure from photographing the great parts of the city and helping to put false stereotypes to bed, letting the images tell the true story. The North West has much beauty in the landscape, and the personalities of the people shine through indefinitely.

He is also a film writer and along with his life experience, he has contributed to at least two feature films that are in production. As a licensed NUJ photo-journalist, he traveled to the East, to enrich his own portfolio.

We invite you to come together on this journey in his discovery for more creative minds and talented young professionals and cherish his campaign to unlock doors for those who dare to dream higher, and shall we all help them to reach their goals. We are so glad to be in Liverpool, surrounded by lovely people! We are looking forward to evolving on a continuous basis.
